SOGEM CLICKFIX® 76G VARIO can now also be installed flush to your ceiling. The CLICKFIX® 76G VARIO loft ladder comes with two options, one for flush installation integration in the plaster board of the ceiling or as a second option to use architraves that visually conceal the installation gap. Both options are designed to be simply attached to the casing for a seamless finish. The flush installation, here the plasterboards are placed directly against the profile mounted on the loft ladder casing, leaving only a narrow line visible when the plasterboard is mounted. This plasterboard profile makes the plasterboard strong and solid – keeping a beautiful finish forever.
The SOGEM clickFIX® 76G vario has a concertina ladder made of aluminum profiles that can be ordered with 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 steps. With 14 treads, it reaches a maximum ceiling height of 415 cm. The 11 cm deep and anti-slip treads offer safe and comfortable access. The concertina ladder can easily be extended and pushed together. As part of the SOGEM clickFIX® family, SOGEM clickFIX® vario meets all the requirements for safety and comfort, the greatest possible thermal insulation and quick and easy installation. In combination with the 6 standard box dimensions as well as individual special dimensions, this results in a large number of possible model variants. This means that clickFIX® vario can be configured individually for almost any installation situation. The 76 mm thick trapdoor of the SOGEM clickFIX® vario keeps heat efficiently in the living room and is also CPL-coated. With this particularly robust laminate, the trapdoor cover is significantly more resistant to abrasion, scratches and impacts than other surfaces. SOGEM clickFIX® vario has a component-tested U-value of 0.49 W / m² · K, tested by ift Rosenheim.
The patented articulated lever in the casing of all SOGEM clickFIX® models allows assembly without tools and impresses with its excellent adjustability between lever and bolt plate. The lever is simply pushed onto the bolt plate, turned around and cannot be released again afterwards. With a height of 24 cm, the casing offers the opportunity to be installed in ceilings with stronger insulation or suspended ceilings. All models are equipped with a vapour barrier made of TwinActive-foil. This contributes to optimal heat-insulation and reduces risk of condensation and prevents possible appearence of mold.
