The ECOTOP is a classic among loft ladders. Its spruce ladder has 12 steps, 8 cm deep and 2.7 cm thick, as do the stringers. Its floor-to-ceiling height is 280 cm. It is available in 4 dimensions: 120 x 60 cm, 120 x 70 cm, 130 x 70 cm and 140 x 70 cm. In this case, it's hard not to find a suitable retractable staircase!

Delivered fully assembled, the ECOTOP has a metal finishing. Its casing, made of MDF and spruce, has a height of 13 cm. As for the thickness of its trapdoor, which is white finished and provided with a seal, it is 33 mm thick and closes with a metal latch. ECOTOP is perfectly insulated. It has a U value of 1.20 W/m²K.
In accordance with the European standard EN 14975, it has also been overload tested and can easily support up to 150 kilos. It is also quick and easy to install.
