With its contemporary style, the KALEA staircase brings a touch of warmth to your interior space thanks to its central stringer and its oak treads. Straight or with 3 winder treads down, the most difficult thing will be to choose one of its 4 finishes.
The 14 treads are 38 mm thick and covered with a solid oak veneer. The rise height is 20 cm. The KALEA staircase is available in 4 finish colours: Sioux White, Apache Grey, Navajo Blue and Comanche Pure. To improve the resistance of the treads, those are covered with a layer of Rubio Monocoat oil without volatile organic solvents (VOS).
The central stringer in 2 pieces is easy to assemble. Its base is a laminated panel with solid veneer that benefits from the same treatments as the steps. For a totally contemporary look.
Delivered in kit form, the KALEA - 85 cm wide - is available in a straight version or a 3 winder treads down one (quarter turn left or right and 11 treads for the straight flight). The minimum and maximum heights can be easily adjusted. The floor-to-floor height can range from 280.6 cm to 305.6 cm.
Two options are available to improve the safety of this staircase: a banister with rails and a landing banister (modules of 120 cm and 320 cm) in anodised aluminium. To perfect its look, a LED lighting system with wireless switch is available as an option.
