SQUARE LUXE in beech comes in 2 diameters : 120 cm or 140 cm. The staircase is a narrow spiral staircase for smaller spaces and loft conversions. SQUARE LUXE needs to have 2 walls to be safe. Please see the pictures. You can pick the model in the drop down with an entry stair banister (most safe) or without it. We will always recommend you the entry stair banister.
If you only have 1 wall you must buy the SQUARE LUXE with entry stair banister and add the optional 154 cm stair banister in beech to cover the opening on the side. Pick the extra stair banister down further down this page under GOES WELL WITH.
SQUARE LUXE comes with 14 treads with a thickness of 30 mm. The complete staircase include, treads, spacers, landing and balustrade on landing. Square bearing (can be cut/adjusted). Landing level arrival height: maximum 300 cm.
Matching landing balustrades is available for SQUARE LUXE Spiral staircases. The balcony balustrade are with vertical filling to provide high safety. This matching landing balustrade or parapet railing is a big part of the visual beauty at the stairway. The 1 meter landing balustrade is composed of 2 posts in solid beech.
