The COTTAGE LARGE lives up to its name. With 80 cm wide, it is the widest miller’s staircase in SOGEM's COTTAGE collection. The COTTAGE PREMIUM is 50 cm wide, the COTTAGE JUNIOR is 65 cm and the COTTAGE MEDIUM is 70 cm.
The COTTAGE LARGE has 14 treads with a depth of 19 cm and a maximum height floor-to-floor of 300 cm. You don't reach this height ? No problem, you can easily adapt it to your dimensions. Do you need a little more height? This is also possible by using a bullnose step available in option (25 cm high), which can also be easily cut to size. For the configuration with 3 winder treads, the height floor-to-floor is 340 cm and up to 365 cm with an optional bullnose step.
The COTTAGE LARGE staircase is made of spruce. Its total run is 230 cm for the straight version without bullnose step. Perfect, therefore, for rooms with smaller dimensions or to access a mezzanine, an attic or even a cellar.
Very easy to assemble yourself, it can be fitted with an optional banister for added safety. There is a choice of three models: a "Maxi" wooden banister with rails, a banister with wooden balusters or a spruce and metal banister with cables. To better adapt to the style of your interior and ensure your safety. Landing banister is also available (modules of 100 and 200 cm) but only for the version with cables.
